John Bartolin has been an associate broker with Broadmoor Properties since 2006.  A 2008 member of Stewart Title's Elite 25 Colorado Springs' real estate professionals, John focuses on high-end properties along the western side of the city.  A 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder, John has an extensive marketing and hospitality background.  Before Broadmoor Properties he held marketing positions with Los Angeles based Rix Bradford Consulting Firm and Hilton Hotels.

Michael Raedel has been a Realtor in Colorado Springs since 2003 and an associate broker with Broadmoor Properties since July 2007.  As a native to Colorado Springs, Michael has seen the growth of the Pikes Peak Region and The Broadmoor Community.  Michael studied business at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.  Prior to joining Broadmoor Properties Michael was with Keller Williams Partners Realty and held sales and marketing positions with the Garden of the Gods Club and The Broadmoor Hotel.  Michael serves buyers and sellers of luxury property throughout the area.

Over the past 34 years, Tom Schmidt has developed numerous attached and detached residential properties, to include the highest-end resort properties in El Paso County.  His background encompasses all aspects of real estate planning, development, construction, and marketing, and also includes brokerage and property management.  Tom has developed world class projects such as The Broadmoor Resort Community, The Broadmoor Brownstones, and The Broadmoor West Residence.  He is a past president of The Home Builders Association of Colorado Springs, and currently serves on the Recreational Council for the Urban Land Institute and as a consultant for Lehman Brothers Financial and the Ironbridge Golf Club and Community near Aspen, Colorado.
